How can I register for the Paperless Statement Program?

To enroll in the Paperless Statement Program select link or under Other Online Services

How will I know when I receive a paperless tax bill or correspondence?

You will receive an e-mail notification when a tax bill or correspondence is added to your account.

Can I get a PDF of my bill for my records?

Yes, simply click on the PDF button while viewing your bill or correspondence and you will be able to download a PDF of your tax bill.

I have questions about my tax bill, who do I call?

Contact the Office of Finance Customer Service Center at (844) 663-4411.

Will tax bills be offered electronically from now on?

Yes.

What if I forget my password?

Simply click on the “Forgot Password” button and you will be presented with some questions so you can have your password reset.

How do we protect your data?

By asking you the initial questions that only you will know about your Office of Finance account number, we ensure that you are the only one who can register and view your documents. When logging in, the link that passes your credentials to the site is encrypted to ensure authenticity and can't be duplicated by anyone else. In addition, your session to view your tax bills will always use a secure protocol (SSL), further ensuring your privacy.

How can I protect myself?

Office of Finance will never ask for your password or personal information. Never give out your password or account information to anyone over the internet. Make certain you logout of your session once you are complete.
