The City of Los Angeles has made it easier for customers to do business with the City through its online services. Taxpayers can now process business registration, applications, renewals, and payments online 24 hours, 7 days a week. Click here for a list of available services.
This saves our customers time and avoids the hassle of sitting in traffic to handle some of our most common service requests.
Although taxpayers cannot yet check their accounts or registration process online, we encourage you to still complete the forms online and submit any inquiries via email at Finance.CustomerService@lacity.org with a brief description of your issue or question, or call our Contact Center at (844) 663-4411 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
