NOTICE OF ESCHEAT TO THE
CITY OF LOS ANGELES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that for more than three
years last past there remained unclaimed with
the PoliceDepartment of the City of Los Angeles
monies held in the account known as the
“UNCLAIMED MONIES SEIZEDINCIDENTAL TO ARREST
TRUST FUND” which were seized on March 26, 1993
through October 1, 2009.
AMOUNT: $413,927.84
Claims for return of monies held must be filed
with the City Clerk, Room 395 City Hall, 200 N.
Spring St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 BEFORE Monday,
March 18, 2013.
THE AFORESAID MONIES WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF
THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES ON March 18, 2013.
