Taxpayer Advocate

The Taxpayer Advocate program is designed to provide personal assistance to taxpayers who have complex business tax problems that have not been resolved in the usual manner. The Taxpayer Advocate is dedicated to researching and resolving issues and complaints from taxpayers after an exhaustive effort has been made to resolve them.

If you are requesting assistance from the Taxpayer Advocate, please provide  your:

  1. Name
  2. Account number
  3. Brief description of your request
  4. Daytime phone number (including area code)

You may be referred to the Taxpayer Advocate by any Office of Finance employee.
